Requirements:
- Punctuality: Must be able to report to Norton facility at 7:00am Monday-Saturday for daily operations.
- Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week April - November.
- Valid Driver's License: for operating a designated work vehicle.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Working Conditions: Direct exposure to the sun.
- Mobile Device: Must own a smart phone with access for your time tracking and communications.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating work-related software devices.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and appearance.
- Utilize hand and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pool needs.
- Assist team member's at the end of the day to ensure no one is left behind.
- Maintain a cleanly workspace on customer property and in the company vehicle
